Reserved for the exclusive use of Seascape Villas guests, the walkable oceanside cabana provides additional comfort and convenience during your sun-kissed beach days. Find a plethora of stores and eateries at close by Coligny Plaza.

The living area is furnished with two new couches. Stream movies on the flat-screen TV with Roku.

KITCHEN & DINING

With all-new appliances, the full kitchen makes it painless to whip up favorite meals. Share your culinary creations around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This two-story rental sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the primary suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer gorgeous vistas of the lagoon, and the flat-screen TV keeps you up-to-date on favorite shows. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a shining walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds two queen-size beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Perched above the lagoon, your private balcony offers a calming getaway. Kick back on the appreciate seat and raise the umbrella for additional shade. Prepare tasty meals on the gas grille.

On-site amenities include:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Hilton Head. Reserve your Hilton Head rental property in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask your host about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your smartphone.

  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few difficulties.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a terrific resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
