This first-floor (modest set of stairs to access the first floor) condo's thoughtfully updated interior features a coveted open living, dining, and kitchen area. Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings and watch shows on the new 50-inch cable TV. Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather for memorable meals at the dining table. As part of South Forest Beach Community HOA, you will have access to a seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
