Treat yourself to the ideal vacation! A private, cavernous villa inside a private community that has 3 miles of private beach, an 11 mile lagoon ideal for kayaking and plenty of pools.
Many guests tell us our villa is the best place they have ever stayed on any vacation. Really.
It's a remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bath garden villa, all on Ground Level (no units above or below) with a handsome, private back patio including Live Oaks and Palmetto trees. Take a 7-10 min. walk to the Private Beach or hang out at one of the 5 Pools. Appreciate the open kitchen (completely supplied, and then some) and the humongous, vaulted family room.
Favorites things are riding the bicycle to Kroger's for any last-min. forgotten items.
You will be amazed with the level of comfort in this roomy, 1,500 SF villa. (Careful, many Queen's Grant 2 bedrooms are much smaller with a second bath squeezed in later on). You're sure to appreciate the attention to detail so many guests have commented on. Savor the savings and convenience of bicycles and beach gear (chairs, umbrella and beach toys) waiting for your Spring, Summer or Fall arrival.
EVEN THOUGH THE QUALITY AND CLEANLINESS ARE FAR ABOVE THE AVERAGE RENTAL - WE STRIVE TO KEEP OUR PRICES BELOW RENTAL COMPANIES!
LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION
Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, come see for yourself why so many guests tell us how pleasantly surprised they were with the convenience and beauty of our location. We are near-ocean, not ocean-front but also not just resort-aligned because we are so close to the beach. A seven min. walk from our front door and your feet are in the sand.
The General Store (most guests LOVE the proximity to this) is a min.'s walk for newspaper, coffee, hot breakfast, hot lunch, forgotten items, ice cream, candy, souvenirs and some grocery items. Robert Trent Jones Golf Course is a three min. walk and the world-ranked Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is a two min. walk. And of course the beach is really close too...a seven min. walk.
This unit is located ideally for privacy with convenience as it is extremely close to many venues, yet it is private and secluded among the breathtaking live oak and palmetto trees.
After a few days in our villa we think you'll agree with the ranking of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort as the #1 Favorite Family Destination Vacation in America. And we hope you'll be one of our returning renters next year...directly through us or Vrbo.

Tips and Tricks for getting the best vacation home experience:
Getting the most from your rental budget:
- Summer months are high season in Hilton Head. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Booking websites typically offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Hilton Head area magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.

More tips for your visit:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
- Upon arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent many issues.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a excellent vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
