Inside your villa, the sun seems to shine effortlessly. It is freshly painted with new furnishings and appliances, with a new HVAC in 2023. The open living room lends itself to pleasant movie streaming on the soft seating. Steps from here, the full kitchen presents a striking space to play chef amidst the blue cabinetry, ample meal prep space, and stainless steel appliances. A stackable washer/dryer is also available in this space.
A good nighttime's rest is prioritized in the bedroom, adorned with nautical mementos, soft linens, and striking vistas. - Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

Tips for a wonderful stay:
- Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of concerns.
- Lock your rental while you're out. Protect your property!
- Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute arises.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
