Inside your villa, the sun seems to shine effortlessly. It is freshly painted with new furnishings and appliances, with a new HVAC in 2023. The open living room lends itself to pleasant movie streaming on the soft seating. Steps from here, the full kitchen presents a striking space to play chef amidst the blue cabinetry, ample meal prep space, and stainless steel appliances. A stackable washer/dryer is also available in this space.

A good nighttime's rest is prioritized in the bedroom, adorned with nautical mementos, soft linens, and striking vistas. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the couch bed in the living room. Central air-conditioning, internet access, and a balcony tie together the stellar list of amenities.

• Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

• Lock your rental while you're out. Protect your property!
• Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute arises.
• Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
