The lighthouse is just a few steps away! A few blocks south is the main drag of Harbour Town where you will find ample places to dine, shop, and walk. For the beach lovers in your group, optimal beach access is available at Sea Pines Beach Club where you will also find dining and shopping opportunities on the way such as Truffles Cafe and the surf shop on site. The golf-lovers in your group will be in heaven, as Harbour Town Golf Links is a seven-min. walk from the front door.

*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction cars will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bicycle riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bicycle riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bicycle riders will be required to dismount and walk bicycles around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.
