The living room features a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and access to the balcony. The full kitchen includes a passthrough window to the dining area and has granite countertops, modest and major appliances, and plenty of cabinet storage for all your vacation staples. You can serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table or take advantage of the shared gas grille to throw a fun-filled Bar-B-Que with friends. After spending the day at the beach, come home to let the private washer/dryer take care of all your laundry while you use the suite's work desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi to knock out that last-min. project. Submit your task then head out to discover all the fun on-site conveniences that include a shared pool, hot tub, and tennis court. You can take the elevator to effortlessly access this second-floor suite, and the central AC and ceiling fans will keep the place nice and cool on a hot summer afternoon!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and Barony Course at Port Royal Golf Club. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
