Sophisticated, modern, roomy, and private, the ideal Hilton Head Island hideaway exists, and it's here! This secluded home is against the backdrop of beautiful Spanish moss trees with a private pool, sun deck, and is only a short drive to the beach.

Inside you'll find high ceilings, a bright interior, and tons of natural light, making this home away from home feel warm and welcoming. Ideal for groups or families, there's something for everybody here. Gather round the living area to chat, stream movies on the wall-mounted TV, or comfortable up next to the fireplace with a good book. Create memories together while playing board games or eating a grandiose meal in the formal dining area. The chef of the group will appreciate preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with a floating island range and breakfast bar. For those who need to stay connected and work, there's a dedicated workspace in the laundry area with a desk and chair.

With plenty of room for everybody and a TV in every bedroom, everybody will sleep comfortably. The main bedroom features a extravagant en-suite bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower, and a private entrance out to the deck and pool.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Summer is high season in the Hilton Head area. To book the best rental home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Often, property management companies supply Hilton Head area visitor guides which include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
