Appreciate the peaceful community amenities including two saltwater pools and shaded walking trails around the lagoons. Exclusive to Seascape Villas guests, the walkable oceanside cabana provides additional comfort during your beach days.

LIVING AREA

The living area is furnished with two new couch, one being a pull out couch bed. Stream movies or T.V. shows on the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Updated coastal kitchen with stainless steel appliances will make it the best place to create amazing meals to savor with your friends and family around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This two-story rental sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the primary suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer alluring vistas of the back area. Unwind into bed and appreciate the flat-screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. 

The second bedroom holds two queen-size beds. The second bathroom has a  update walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Savor conversations on the back patio with seating for four while your group prepares delicious meals on the gas grille. 

On-site amenities include:
-2 saltwater pools (unheated, open seasonally from February to October)

Travel 1 mile to Coligny Plaza to find stores and eateries.
Stroll 7 mins. to the private Seascape Villas beach cabana for access to the sand and surf. The beach cabana offers bathrooms and outdoor showers. 
Take a fast drive into Sea Pines and enjoy all the eateries and shopping that Harbour Town has to offer. The iconic lighthouse is worth a visit! 

Play a round of golf at Shipyard Golf Club (2 miles) or Arthur Hills Golf Course (7 miles).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island.
