Spa on Port Royal Sound is a beachfront property on the peaceful "heel" of Hilton Head, where the sound meets the open ocean. The landscaped grounds are striking and lush, offering a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a hot tub, a exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and grilling areas. The property's stretch of beach is a natural haven for spotting birds and other wildlife. With direct access to Hilton Head's bicycle trails, you can comfortably reach neighboring Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Freedom Park, the island's acclaimed golf courses, and elegant dining and shopping.

Begin breezy mornings on your covered balcony, sipping coffee and reading the newspaper. The open kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, including all the major appliances and a dishwasher. After a pretty day at the beach or the golf course, relax in the air-conditioning, set up a board game at the coffee table, or watch a favorite movie (on cable or streaming) in the living room. The bedrooms have TVs of their own, each paired with a full bathroom.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Coastal Discovery Museum and Arts Center of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Getting the best value:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Hilton Head. To find the most suitable rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
