It's a great location on the north side of Hilton Head, right between Fish Haul Beach Park and Historic Mitchellville Freedom Park.

The condo's covered balcony offers a breezy perch overlooking one of the water features in the complex. It's the ideal spot to start your day with morning coffee or end it with an evening beverage.

The interior's inviting, open-concept floor plan is thoughtfully designed for family gatherings and comes completely furnished for complete home comfort. The stainless steel kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances and accessories for at-home meal planning. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer time is high season in Hilton Head. To book the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
