COMPLIMENTARY activities supplied with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one complimentary round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one complimentary round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bicycle from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bicycle; additional bicycles are delivered complimentary and available at a discount.

Our company has a two (2) dog max. and a weight restriction of 50 pounds max.. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

Pool: 10'x17', *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not supplied in Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express. ID Verification is required.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.   • Summertime is high season in the Hilton Head area. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
