If you'd rather stay on the property, you'll find plenty there to appreciate, from an on-site pool to a well-equipped exercise center, as well as nine tennis courts and a shared hottub.

When you're not out in the sun, entertain yourself with the complimentary WiFi, the 42' cable TV, or by watching the sunset from your private deck. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Barony Course at Port Royal Golf Club and Port Royal Golf Club. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your best deal:

  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early.   • Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be objective.
