This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $95/nighttime. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

There's no better way to spend your next vacation than a stay at this cavernous, five-bedroom home in Palmetto Dunes; a pretty, gated community with its own private beach in Hilton Head. Featuring fresh paint on both the exterior and interior, this freshly-modernized vacation home sits on a serene, wooded half-acre, just seven rows from the beach. Highlights of the home include a private, 500 sq. ft. pool, a sizable hot tub, and a freshly-constructed (April 2020), Travertine pool deck. Fire up the grille and appreciate lazy afternoons out on the new, 600 sq. ft. composite deck or in the professionally landscaped back yard. Inside, you'll find exquisitely decorated rooms and a well-equipped, newly-modernized kitchen with new cabinets, a six-burner cooktop, and a double wall oven. The ground floor also features a living room/dining area with constructed-in cabinets, a flatscreen TV, and a table with seating for eight. A separate breakfast room off the kitchen offers an additional table with more seating, plus there's an adjacent sunroom with a comfortable sectional and another enormous flatscreen TV.

Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Discover shopping and dining options within three miles of this complex at the Shelter Cove Towne Centre. You'll also have direct access to three world-class golf courses, an award-winning tennis center, pickleball courts, and an 11-mile lagoon system for kayaking and canoeing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. When to go & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it.
