49 Off Shore Drive, located in the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Community, offers a amazing vacation experience with its cavernous and charmingly decorated 4-bedroom, 4-bath layout. The highlight of this property is its private pool and hot tub, providing ample opportunity for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, the private sitting dock overlooking a huge lagoon adds a serene touch to the setting, ideal for peaceful moments of reflection or birdwatching. Convenience is key with this property, as it's just a leisurely walk of 12-15 mins. to the beach, or a fast 2-3 min. drive with parking available at the Dunes House.

COMPLIMENTARY activities supplied with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one complimentary round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one complimentary round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bicycle from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bicycle; additional bicycles are delivered complimentary and available at a discount.

Pool: 28' x 12' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a COMPLIMENTARY on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Stores, and Eateries. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or charges may be applied to your contract.
