You’ve found gold with this pretty, family-friendly home, with a serene yet convenient location just mins. from the beach, golf courses, pickleball courts, tennis courts, shopping, and eateries. Slip into your swimsuit and spend the day on the sand, a few mins.' walk, or stay close to home and relax in your own backyard getaway, featuring a private pool and hot tub, surrounded by trees. (The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.)

Inside, you’ll find a bright, airy space, flooded with natural light and featuring modern, classy furnishings throughout. The group’s chef will be right at home in the cavernous, open kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, a giant standalone island, and plenty of countertop space and cabinetry. Grab meals together at the window-front dining table; set the kids up with snacks at the island barstools; or host family cookouts on the gas grille outside, then dine alfresco next to the pool.

After days on the sand or golf course, bask in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Entertainment options include six streaming-capable TVs, complimentary cable, and WiFi. (You must use personal logins for streaming services.) When bedtime calls, plush spaces promise a restful nighttime’s sleep, including two primary bedrooms and all featuring en suite bathrooms.

Things to Know
The pool cannot be heated October 1st- March 1st. However, the hot tub can be heated from Sept 1st- May 1st. There is a fee of $75 per nighttime to heat the hot tub.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.
5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf. Adventure Cove and The Sandbox are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

How to get the best value:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • To get the best rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitors guides contain offers and deals for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before booking the vacation property. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
  • Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or costs could be applied to your agreement.
  • Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of issues.
  • Lock your vacation home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • To make certain no damages are attributed to your visit, make a record of any problem areas upon check in. text the property manager right away to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
