Appreciate sunny days at the three on-site pools, one of which is just outside the front door. You're just a few short blocks from the charming South Forest Beach via a dedicated walking path, and don't forget to bring the beach chairs, collapsible beach cart, umbrellas, body boards, beach toys and coolers, available for your use. Additional on-site amenities include tennis courts and a lagoon, and you’re also near Coligny Beach Park or Coligny Plaza, with tons of stores, dining, and entertainment.

Inside the condo, you’ll find a bright, beachy living space spread over three levels. The main bedroom suite occupies the entire top floor, with two additional bedrooms downstairs. The open floor plan combines the dining and living spaces, and the huge table is ideal for a family dinner. A new washer/dryer just off the kitchen offers added convenience. Entertainment options include complimentary WiFi, cable, and four TVs - one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

Schedule a tee time at one of the prominent golf courses in the area, make plans for a deep-sea fishing excursion, or just relax at the beach or pool. No matter how you spend your time, you’ll look forward to returning to your comfortable home base at the end of each fun-filled day.

How to get the best Hilton Head rental home experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides contain deals for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your trip dates, and choose a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Updated third-floor condo near beach with three pools, WiFi, AC, & W\/D has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before booking the property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Visiting for a specific event? Try a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or may be applied to your agreement.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Take a copy of the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
  • Upon check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few concerns.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
