  • If your group is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly property. Get information on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's a particular Hilton Head beach you are crazy about, browse homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

  • Be sure you get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
