This 1,700-square-foot freshly-remodeled villa is just a short walk to the ocean and sits and the end of the street with a enormous private backyard including a patio that overlooks the Port Royal Golf Course. Your location also puts you only a short walk away to Islanders Beach Park. This splendid villa has a gas fireplace that overlooks the kitchen with handsome granite countertops and brand-new appliances. Sit in the Carolina room and savor your meals while appreciating the golf vistas. There is great separation between the main bedroom (with vistas of the golf course, a Roku-enabled TV, and an en suite bathroom) and the two guest bedrooms at the front of the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach.
