For a bit of privacy, treat yourself to a soak in the jetted tub in the master bath!

What's close by:
You won't have trouble finding great ways to use each day, as the sugar-white sand is just feet away from your front door and the northern portion of the island is filled with local eateries, golf courses, and stores. If you want to experience a bit of the hustle and bustle of Hilton Head, make your way six miles south to Coligny Beach Park offering plenty of beach activities and shopping galore!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and Adventure Cove. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Hilton Head area. Book your Hilton Head rental property in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance.   • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
