This newly modernized property features exceptional upgrades, including wood/tile floor throughout! The open-concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining. The main level of the condo features a huge living area with a flat-screen TV and access to a private patio with lagoon vistas. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops.

The first level features a bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. This impressive bathroom has been remodeled with handsome tile work and a sizable walk-in shower.

The second level features the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other features a double bed, a twin bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Springwood Villas is located just a short walk to the beach and a fast bicycle ride to Coligny Plaza. Visitors to the complex have access to a complex pool as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
