This newly modernized property features exceptional upgrades, including wood/tile floor throughout! The open-concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining. The main level of the condo features a huge living area with a flat-screen TV and access to a private patio with lagoon vistas. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops.

The first level features a bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. This impressive bathroom has been remodeled with handsome tile work and a sizable walk-in shower.

The second level features the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other features a double bed, a twin bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Springwood Villas is located just a short walk to the beach and a fast bicycle ride to Coligny Plaza. Visitors to the complex have access to a complex pool as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shoppers can check out Coligny Plaza, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach. The Sandbox and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hilton Head area. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head area magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines have discounts for local tours and attractions.

  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible online. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before you book your rental. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
  • Looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must reserve a property that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Add the property manager's contact information to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
