Elegantly furnished and attractively located within sight of the Atlantic Ocean, this Island Club condo is Hilton Head living as you want it to be. It's a place to spend your days walking down to the beach, playing tennis and pickleball, and unwinding in the seasonal swimming pool and hot tub.

The Island Club is a beachfront resort community, with a host of excellent amenities across its 27-acre grounds. Appreciate access to a seasonal heated outdoor pool, kids' pool, and hot tub; eight tennis courts (seven clay, one hard surface); three pickleball courts; an exercise room; a basketball court; a gazebo with a enormous sundeck; a 13-acre lagoon supplied with bass and brim (for catch and release); Bar-B-Que and picnic areas; lawn games; and a playground. There are five private access points to the beach - all with outdoor showers - as well as bicycle units right on the grounds.

Take the elevator up to the fourth floor to be greeted by this refined, updated space. Cool off in central air conditioning or slide open the glass doors to bask in the breeze and the ocean view on the shaded balcony.

Savor a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and a stacked washer/dryer), a dining area, and an inviting living room with a TV. The two bedroom suites are paired with TVs and full bathrooms of their own, including one which connects to the balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
