The Island Club is a beachfront resort community, with a host of magnificent amenities across its 27-acre grounds. Savor access to a seasonal heated outdoor pool, kids' pool, and hot tub; eight tennis courts (seven clay, one hard surface); three pickleball courts; an exercise room; a basketball court; a gazebo with a sizable sundeck; a 13-acre lagoon supplied with bass and brim (for catch and release); Bar-B-Que and picnic areas; lawn games; and a playground. There are five private access points to the beach - all with outdoor showers - as well as bicycle units right on the grounds.

Take the elevator up to the fourth floor to be greeted by this refined, updated space. Cool off in central air conditioning or slide open the glass doors to bask in the breeze and the ocean view on the shaded balcony.

Appreciate a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and a stacked washer/dryer), a dining area, and an inviting living room with a TV. The two bedroom suites are paired with TVs and full bathrooms of their own, including one which connects to the balcony.

• June, July, and August are high season in the Hilton Head area. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
