Charming ocean vistas along with a shining pool complex and multiple tennis courts are among the many perks of this modernized, oceanfront Island Club condo.
While the local vegetation surrounding the Island Club resort makes it feel secluded, you are only a fast walk away from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a multi-pool complex, hot tub, exercise center, and nine tennis courts via the resort's manicured walkways. A short drive out of the resort brings you to the stores and eateries of Hilton Head.
Your condo features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a comfortable living room with ample seating, a 42-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and vistas of the ocean from the wide patio. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire condo.

Strategies to get the perfect rental home experience:
When to visit & When to reserve a Hilton Head rental home:
- The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Summertime is high season in Hilton Head. To get the best value, try changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many rental management companies supply Hilton Head area visitor guides which will include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning, selecting, and booking a perfect Hilton Head rental:
- Begin by choosing your potential vacation weeks and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Serene Oceanfront Villa with WiFi, Pool, Hot Tub, & Fitness Center has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is generally available online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property manager before reserving the home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you must reserve a property that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
- If there's an individual Hilton Head destination you are enamored with, keep an eye out for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
More tips for your stay:
- Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of issues.
- Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let crooks spoil your trip.
- Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute arises.
- Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
