Beautiful ocean vistas along with a shining pool complex and multiple tennis courts are among the many perks of this modernized, oceanfront Island Club condo.
While the local vegetation surrounding the Island Club resort makes it feel secluded, you are only a fast walk away from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a multi-pool complex, hot tub, exercise center, and nine tennis courts via the resort's manicured walkways. A short drive out of the resort brings you to the stores and eateries of Hilton Head.
Your condo features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a comfortable living room with ample seating, a 42-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and vistas of the ocean from the wide patio. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire condo.

Our top Rental property booking tips:
Money saving strategies:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Often, property management companies supply Hilton Head area visitors guides which often include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Choosing and booking a perfect Hilton Head rental home:
- Choose your vacation week and budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Serene Oceanfront Villa with WiFi, Pool, Hot Tub, & Fitness Center has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If not, call the property owner before you book the home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
- If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a rental that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
- If there's a specific Hilton Head destination you are enamored with, keep an eye out for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
More tips for your stay:
- Add the host's information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental while you're out. Protect your property!
- Record any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if there is a dispute.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your home life. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
