Charming ocean vistas along with a shining pool complex and multiple tennis courts are among the many perks of this updated, oceanfront Island Club condo.
While the local vegetation surrounding the Island Club resort makes it feel secluded, you are only a fast walk away from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a multi-pool complex, hot tub, exercise center, and nine tennis courts via the resort's manicured walkways. A short drive out of the resort brings you to the stores and eateries of Hilton Head.
Your condo features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a comfortable living room with ample seating, a 42-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and vistas of the ocean from the wide patio. The primary and secondary primary bedrooms feature a king bed in each as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and the third bedroom has a twin and queen bed. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire condo.

Tips and Tricks for getting the best vacation home experience:
Get the most from your rental budget:
- To book the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Hilton Head area visitors guides which include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Begin by choosing a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family requires. Serene Oceanfront Villa with WiFi, Pool, Hot Tub, & Fitness Center has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is usually available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before booking your rental. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Does your group require special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
During your stay:
- Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
- Note any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a great time? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
