On the first floor and in the first building next to the ocean, this delightful 2BR/2BA condo at The Spa on Port Royal Sound presents a coastal getaway. Find an updated interior with three flat-screen TVs and lagoon vistas. Incredible amenities include multiple pools, a hot tub, a exercise room, basketball, tennis, and a playground for the kids.

When you're not taking advantage of the on-site perks, the pristine shoreline is just a short walk from your door. This condo also sits between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park.

LIVING AREA

Parlor after fun-filled days on the sectional in the sunny living area, which is also fitted with a intelligent TV. The couch converts to a full-size sleeper for an additional sleeping option.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances as well as helpful gadgets necessary to create your favorite recipes.

When meals are ready, gather together at the six-person table.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and one full-size sleeper couch in the living area.

Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, which also has a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hilton Head Distillery and Palmetto Hall Golf and Country Club. Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your rental home.   • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
