This gorgeous beach home is just a fast 3-5 min. walk to the Burkes Beach, is right next to Chaplin Park (tennis, basketball, playground, and delightful athletic fields). We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool heating fee not supplied in your Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added by management company after online booking is made.

• Summer months are high season in Hilton Head. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance.
