1 Shore Crest Lane, Hilton Head Island is a gorgeous home constructed in 2022 and offers 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, a huge pool and a calming outdoor entertainment space. This handsome beach home is just a fast 3-5 min. walk to the Burkes Beach, is right next to Chaplin Park (tennis, basketball, playground, and beautiful athletic fields). Do not miss the chance to stay in this handsome beach home!

COMPLIMENTARY activities supplied with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one complimentary round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one complimentary round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bicycle from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bicycle; additional bicycles are delivered complimentary and available at a discount.

Pool: 16' x 32' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool heating fee not supplied in your Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added by management company after online booking is made.

  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
