A true focal point of the property is the backyard's in-ground pool, surrounded by the twinkle of string lights, and a variety of poolside loungers. A gas grille, hammock, and fire table are also available for outdoor entertainment.

Upon entering, you will immediately feel at home. With two living rooms to sprawl out in, everybody can appreciate their favorite shows with ease. The full kitchen is sure to make the chef of your group smile with its stainless steel appliances, cookware, and sizable breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, gather around the enormous picnic-style table, or in the sunroom.

As you discover the rest of the home, you will discover the equally inviting bedrooms, all adorned with soft linens, personal TVs, and central air. An attached bathroom with a walk-in shower is available off the primary bedroom. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and a collection of board games.

Near your stay, take a fast walk to the beach, or visit local attractions like Harbour Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, the Coastal Discovery Museum, and a plethora of stores and eateries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to drive future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
