A true focal point of the property is the backyard's in-ground pool, surrounded by the twinkle of string lights, and a variety of poolside loungers. A gas grille, hammock, and fire table are also available for outdoor entertainment.

Upon entering, you will immediately feel at home. With two living rooms to sprawl out in, everybody can savor their favorite shows with ease. The full kitchen is sure to make the chef of your group smile with its stainless steel appliances, cookware, and sizable breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, gather around the sizable picnic-style table, or in the sunroom.

As you discover the rest of the home, you will discover the equally inviting bedrooms, all adorned with soft linens, personal TVs, and central air. An attached bathroom with a walk-in shower is available off the primary bedroom. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and a collection of board games.

Near your stay, take a fast walk to the beach, or visit local attractions like Harbour Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, the Coastal Discovery Museum, and a plethora of stores and eateries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Get the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. Book your Hilton Head rental home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
