Spectacular, newly refreshed 2bd/2ba vacation home that's steps from the beach.

Unwind on our private patio watching the birds frolic around the fountain in the pond below, relax in one of two pools, or kick it with a frozen beachy drink near the sea-grass with the ocean breeze tousling your hair while you watch the waves dance on the sand and the sun warmly kisses your skin.

About the Area

Folly Field, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, is home to this condo. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and Adventure Cove. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting.

Get the best rental value:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Book your Hilton Head vacation in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
