Hampton Place 6307 is a roomy two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the third floor of the Hampton Place North Building. With its open and immaculate living areas, a huge spa tub in the main bathroom, a entirely equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer, this condo will make your vacation additional special! Enter this suite to find a sizable and cavernous entryway. You will be immediately greeted by the elegant luxury plank vinyl wood floors, ambient lighting, a completely updated kitchen that features gorgeous stone counters and brand new stainless appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen offers a counter-height breakfast bar with seating for two and is adjacent to the dining area which has a pretty new dining table offering seating for six.

The spacious main bedroom offers a cable TV, a enormous closet space, and a private en-suite bath with double vanity sinks, handsome stone tops, and a charming glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Guests of the main bedroom savor ocean vistas through the sizable window overlooking the lushly landscaped courtyard and the ocean.

The guest bedroom is located across the condo and offers a cable TV and access to a balcony shared with the living room to appreciate the ocean breeze and beautiful vistas. The balcony offers seating for four - be sure to enjoy your morning coffee and evening golden hour every day! The guest bath is located in the hallway just outside of the guest bedroom and has ample vanity space with a beautiful stone vanity top and a huge glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
