This is a freshly finished 1 bedroom apartment that is attached to the end of the owners home. You have your own parking, own entrance, own patio and nothing is shared with the owner. Minutes down a private beach access for residents only to the beach. The location is less busy than other beaches. Is located in marvelous South Forest Beach Drive, near Coligny and Sea Pines.
