The sliding glass door can be opened to let in the cool breezes, but you'll also have a wall unit air-conditioning to ensure total comfort. Harbour Town is only four miles away, and Coligny Beach Park is five miles away.

Due to future renovations in South Beach Village, the South Beach Marina Swimming Pool, owned and operated by South Beach Swimming Pool, Inc., will not be open for the 2024 pool season.
