Check is at 4 PM, check in at the resort as if booked through Marriott. All resort services and amenities supplied. Free parking.

The villas are roomy, with entirely equipped kitchen and laundry. In your comfortable 2 bedroom unit are 1 bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins, and a couch bed in the living room. Each unit has balcony or porch. There is WiFi in resort and villas.

Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, is home to this resort. Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Shelter Cove Harbour and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Legendary Golf and Adventure Cove are also worth visiting.

Finding your perfect rental:

In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
Some property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

During your stay:

Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would at home.
Upon arrival, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your peace. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known about!
Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
