Beckenham 103 is an charming condo in Port Royal Village, just a fast walk to the beach. For even faster transportation, you'll have access to two bicycles. There is a lot to boast about with exceptional upgrades, including three new beds, remodeled bathrooms, updated floor, a new HVAC system and a new washer/dryer for 2023, and designer furnishings throughout!

Enter this bright home via the front porch, just three steps up from the parking lot. You'll adore the coastal decor and the updated living area with ample seating and a brand-new 65' TV. The dining area is equipped with a sizable table, and there is additional seating on the outdoor patio. The kitchen is charmingly updated with granite counters, appliances, and floor.

After a fun-filled day, relax in the community pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Hilton Head restaurants and activities.   • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
