The home’s unique layout creates a flow from room to room that cannot be matched. The open-air kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare home-cooked meals or snacks for the beach. A leather couch and a intelligent TV welcome casual downtime and movie nights in the living room. Free WiFi, streaming, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. • June, July, and August are high season in the Hilton Head area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
• In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.
