Gorgeous two bedroom Centre Court villa which is centrally located in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! Easily walk to the George Fazio Golf Course, General Store and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course!
The kitchen is generously appointed and comes entirely-supplied with everything you'll need to create a homecooked meal. The kitchen bar seats two. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and seats six comfortably.
The living room is filled with comfortable, beach-centric furnishings along with a Intelligent TV. There is a enormous sliding door which leads to your private deck!
The primary bedroom is giant and features a king bed, Intelligent TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of a two sink vanity and tiled tub and shower combination.
The guest bedroom is immense as well, this time with two queen beds, Intelligent TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is similar to the primary with its tiled tub and shower combination.
Outside you'll be able to appreciate comfortable seating with a very nice wooded and lagoon view!
The beach is effortlessly accessed by a short walk or even shorter bicycle ride. Transportation by the Palmetto Dunes Buggy to the beach or anywhere else within the resort is available as well.
