The villa features a completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

The bedroom features a new king-size bed and ample storage with a huge chest of drawers. The freshly refreshed bathroom (2021) features a beautiful walk-in shower. Throughout the villa, you'll find opulent wood-look tile floor.
