Located along the George Fazio Golf Course in a gated Palmetto Dunes Resort community, this completely remodeled home is the ideal family hideaway and golf vacation. Savor soaking in your own private backyard pool or head one mile to the beach. Kids will also savor the communal playground. And if you don't feel like driving, you have access to complimentary seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy transportation!

Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan combine to create a series of wide-open spaces in the main living area where you can watch your favorite shows on a 60-inch TV. Just outside, you'll find a balcony that overlooks the golf course and is equipped with a barbeque grille and table seating. The well-appointed kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and a full suite of appliances - including an electric range and dishwasher. When it's time to dine, there is counter seating and a formal dining table. Or, head out to the balcony to dine alfresco with a gorgeous view.

7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
