Hilton Head Island has been ranked the #1 Island in the Continental U.S. and #1 Island in the U.S. by readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine and Conde Nast Traveler for the past numerous years. In my slightly biased opinion you just can't find a better beach. The sand, the water, the HHI lifestyle - it just can't be beat. And speaking of "it just can't be beat," again while I might be slightly biased, I believe our beachfront condo in The Spa on Port Royal Sound is the best location you can find on the island. Our condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite features a queen bed with private ensuite and the 2nd bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The living area also has a queen size sleeper couch Our unit is close to everything. Just steps from your door to the magnificent beach. 2 outdoor community pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, sauna and gym!! BBQ grilles. Charmingly manicured grounds. It has everything. And the best news? We are new to renting out our newly modernized condo and offering great prices for the next few months, even into the peak weeks of Spring and Summer. But you have to act fast!

Booking the best Hilton Head rental experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- In the Hilton Head area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- Reserve your Hilton Head rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Look for your local Hilton Head area magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain offers and deals for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Narrow your Search:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation dates, and select a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family needs. The Spa at Port Royal Sound 3237 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is normally available online. If not, contact the property owner before reserving the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or could be applied to your contract.
- If there's a particular Hilton Head attraction you are enamored with, search for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .
Tips for your stay:
- Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few difficulties.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
- To make certain no damages are linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas upon your arrival. Call the rental manager immediately to relay your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
