The two-story interior features a split-level design with upstairs bedroom spaces and communal living areas on the ground floor. Totally updated throughout, this brightly-lit space is rich with modern design and amenities. Private, furnished patios off the front and back of the home offer ample opportunity for summertime cookouts, al fresco dining, and five-o'clock drinks.

The kitchen features a sleek array of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for whipping up at-home meals with ease. There's indoor dining for four or you can take meals out front to the four-seater patio table with an umbrella. Make the most of blue skies and sunshine with a BBQ out on the back patio using the private gas grille.

The living room is the ideal place to relax after a day of sun and fun. Unwind under the cool central AC while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the intelligent TV.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Hilton Head attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
