The formal dining area has a round glass-topped table with 4 chairs. The adjoining living room features plenty of comfortable seating with a sleeper couch, two loveseats, as well as a wall-mounted TV, a closet with a constructed-in wet bar, and 2 sizable slider doors to a covered screened in deck with landscape and pool vistas.
