This community has no shortage of activities, and this unit is closer to the recreation than many of the beachside units. You can hold a family sports tournament on the tennis or basketball courts, keep up appearances at the exercise center, or relax in a hot tub. If you opt for a pool day, the exercise-minded can head to the enormous lap pool while the kids play under the mushroom fountain at the zero-entry kids's pool. Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coastal Discovery Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in Hilton Head. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
