The peaceful location is ideal - no upstairs neighbors - and the beach is only a short walk down the complex's private paved path. This community has no shortage of activities, and this unit is closer to the recreation than many of the beachside units. You can hold a family sports tournament on the tennis or basketball courts, keep up appearances at the exercise center, or relax in a hot tub. If you opt for a pool day, the exercise-minded can head to the huge lap pool while the kids play under the mushroom fountain at the zero-entry kids's pool. Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island.
