This amazing getaway features an open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, so hosting family dinners or preparing picnics to bring to the sand will be a breeze. The newly furnished living room offers guests a leather reclining couch and loveseat, a 42' intelligent TV, and access to the inviting patio via a set of sliding glass doors. The primary bedroom has its own patio access, a king bed, 32” intelligent TV, and a private bath with walk-in shower. The room also has a home office area. The second and third bedrooms each offer a double bed, a twin bed, and 32” Intelligent TVs, with the second guest bedroom offering a private bath while guests of the third bedroom have access to the full hallway bathroom. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Palmetto Dunes Club and Barony Course at Port Royal Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coligny Plaza and Shelter Cove Towne Centre. When to book & When to go:

  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer months are high season in Hilton Head. Book your rental in Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

You will need to work out which bed configuration is right for your vacation group.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to search for a property that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's a specific Hilton Head destination you love, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would have not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
