The handsome furnishings and tasteful decor create a pleasant ambiance for a group of friends or the entire family. with a full kitchen, mealtimes will be a breeze, as there is ample seating at the dining table, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. The shared facilities on-site include a shared exercise facility, pool, hot tub, and sauna. When you have soaked up the sun and taken a dip in the ocean, rinse off the sand in the master bedroom's soaking tub. When the nighttime comes to an end, gather in the living area and watch a favorite movie or show on the flatscreen TV.

What's close by:
The location of this condo is simply ideal. Just a short walk away is George Fazio Golf Course for a day of friendly competition. The beach is accessible just past the pool area, so pack a picnic and make a day of watching the waves crash on the sand. Go just a bit farther south and you will find Coligny Beach Plaza with beach equipment units, local cuisine, and shopping galore! For the most breathtaking vistas of the island, rent a few bicycles and ride along the many miles of bicycle trails!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
