Located in the esteemed gated Sea Pines Plantation that offers an array of family and individual activities including natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, cycling trails, and so much more. Play all of The Sea Pines Resort's three premier courses-each with its own signature character and designation as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Tucked away in Lawton Woods (a smaller community inside of Sea Pines), this enchanting single-level home is uncomplicated and simple to navigate. A seasonal trolley will whisk you away to all close by Sea Pines amenities. Rent a bicycle and discover miles of area trails, or make a short drive to close by beaches.

This elegantly updated three-bedroom home is the ideal family-friendly getaway. Vaulted ceilings, enormous glass patio doors, and wall-length mirrors add a grandiose feel to the additional-roomy living area. Kick back on the comfortable seating and watch a movie on the 32' flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has ample counter space and a full suite of appliances to work your culinary magic. When it's time to eat, savor festive vacation meals at the dining room table.

This one-level home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living area. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a 32' flat-screen TV. Directly adjacent, the master bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and a 32' flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 32' flat screen TV. These two bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination.

The home is far away enough from the neighbors to give a very private feeling to the backyard. Cook your favorite barbeque fare on a gas grille, then dine poolside at the patio with table seating for six. Unwind in the private backyard, swim in a huge pool (can be heated for a daily fee), or lounge poolside on the cavernous patio.

Go horseback riding at close by Lawson Stables, just 0.5 miles away. Drive 1.4 miles to the Stores at Sea Pines Center, where you'll find a number of fashionable dining spots and stores. It's 2.2 miles to Harbour Town, home of the Harbour Town Lighthouse, as well as Harbour Town Golf Links. Or head 3.7 miles to Coligny Beach Park and 3.8 miles to South Beach.

This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $106.00/nighttime. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Coligny Theater and Arts Center of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III and Heron Point by Pete Dye. Lawton Stables and Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Hilton Head area. Book your Hilton Head rental property in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.

  • To make sure that damages aren't linked to your family's stay, record any problem areas upon your arrival. Get in touch with the host right away to record any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?

  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
