Just steps from your private entrance is the St. Andrews pool area (open April through September) complete with plenty of seating, shade, sun, and vistas of the close by lagoon and wildlife. From this centrally located condo, savor strolls and bicycle rides through lush landscapes, all within a mile of white sandy beaches, 3 championship golf courses, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, a beachfront bar and restaurant at the Dunes House, and world-class stores and eateries at the Shelter Cove Marina. The complimentary Dunes Buggy shuttle service also is available in the summer season.

Up the spiral staircase is a unique loft area equipped with a cozy full-size bed and intelligent tv. Each bedroom provides plenty of closet and storage space.
