The first thing you notice when you walk into this Sea Pines condo is the amazing vistas of the famed 18th hole at Harbour Town Golf and the elegant water backdrop. This 2nd floor property is prime location for both golf lovers and families that like to be near Harbour Town and all the fun activities this area has to offer! The enormous living room had 2 couches and a huge club chair, huge FSTV/DVD, and opens to a sizable patio overlooking the golf course. The dining room is open to the living room and has seating for 4-6 people. The sizable kitchen overlooks the living, dining and golf course. It has 4 bar stools, plenty of counter space, and breakfast nook seating 4, and access to a very huge laundry room. The master bedroom is off of the living room and features a king size bed, large FSTV, door access to the patio, a bay window with golf and water vistas and a very large private bathroom with double vanity, an additional-large Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, FSTV, golf vistas, door access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed, FSTV, and shares the hall bathroom with walk in shower. The large balcony features outdoor seating for 4 and loungers, a ideal place to relax and overlook the charming Harbourtown Golf Links and water beyond!

**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September. **Please be advised there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis. A Free beach shuttle service is offered for beach access – refer to your property information for parking lot locations. Beach parking is available after 5pm every day with no limitations.
