Savor vistas of a relaxing lagoon and spot local wildlife from the comfort of your private, upsized balcony. Just 300 yards from the beach, your mid-island locale offers fast access to the coast. This condo is also located directly across from a pool and hot tub. Additional amenities include a playground, tennis courts, and racquetball courts.
The open living area is outfitted with brand-new furnishings and includes a appreciate seat, sleeper couch, and 55-inch TV. Glass doors slide open to the private balcony, which features alluring lagoon vistas.
Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a full suite of appliances, and dry bar complete with drink refrigerator. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six.
Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the primary bedroom, which also features a 55-inch TV with a DVD player and direct access to the balcony. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
