Totally updated in the summer of 2023, this Hilton Head villa sits right around the corner from the soft sand of South Forest Beach. This is a place to sip your morning coffee among the treetops and spend your days golfing, beachcombing, and appreciating marvelous amenities on the grounds.
This condo is located on the third floor of Ocean Walk Villas, a private and calming property with elevator access, and only a quarter-mile from the beach. Within the community, you'll have access to a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, as well as courts for tennis and pickleball. It's a really amazing setting on Hilton Head Island, with bicycle paths wandering in every direction and the eateries and stores of Coligny Plaza just over half a mile east.
Bright and delightfully decorated with chic, coastal minimalism, this vacation rental offers all the amenities and conveniences of home. There's a palpable sense of ease here, from the central air-conditioning to the supplied beach chairs to the commercial ice maker that comfortably fills your summer cooler. After a handsome day spent at the beach, come home to relax on the shaded balcony with the outdoor ceiling fan whirring overhead.
The living space is modern and open, bringing together an handsome kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a sun-splashed living room. Of the sleeping spaces, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom, one is a guest bedroom with a balcony, and one is a comfortable den. There are streaming-capable TVs in each bedroom, and cable TV in the living room and den. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are included as well.

- Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Tips to have a fantastic stay:
- Get the owner's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.

- To make sure that damages are not attributed to your stay, note any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the host right away to document any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.

- Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
