This comfortable modern condo at the Island Club is the ideal destination when you're in the mood for a calming hideaway along a breathtaking waterfront. The welcoming design is ideal for kicking back and appreciating water vistas. The cavernous two-story layout provides plenty of options for relaxing, and the cozy beds provide relaxing rest at the end of the day. Take in vistas of the lagoon from your private deck, or savor cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Three balconies guarantee room for everybody to relax!

Recent updates as of summer 2022 include new air conditioning, new carpet, new paint, and updates throughout the space.

Kick back in the evening and watch the enormous TV, complete with a DVD player, or venture onto the deck to catch the sunset over the lagoon. You will also appreciate complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for taking care of laundry.

Guests are just mins. from the community of Hilton Head, where you'll find art galleries, museums, and wineries, along with dining and shopping opportunities. THINGS TO KNOW
The heaters for the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. Subject to the weather, the heaters will be turned back on in the fall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Barony Course at Port Royal Golf Club and Port Royal Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. When to go & When to book:
