Recent updates as of summer 2022 include new air conditioning, new carpet, new paint, and updates throughout the space.

The heaters for the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. Subject to the weather, the heaters will be turned back on in the fall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

• Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to drive more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
