The Moorings 29 Villa is in a very peaceful section of this fashionable complex within the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Just a 3-min. walk will take you to the beach or Dune House Oceanfront Restaurant…no streets to cross or parking to worry about. A great benefit when you need to go back to the villa to replenish supplies or take a break from the sun!

A 5-min. walk will take you to the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Big Jims BBQ, Toptracer Golf Range, the Outfitters (to rent bicycles & kayaks) and to Alexanders Restaurant for an evening of fine dining. The primary bedroom includes all new furnishings, a king size bed and a desk. The attached en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination, enormous closet and new vanity with quartz counter. The guest suite features all new furnishings with 2 queen beds and 2 new sizable dressers for additional storage. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination and also a new vanity area. Both bedrooms have all newly installed luxury plank vinyl floors, ceiling fans and mounted Samsung 45” 4K HD Intelligent TVs.

There are 2 balconies overlooking the pool located off the living room which can also be accessed from each bedroom. The primary balcony features a new bistro table, the ideal spot to grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The 4 deck chairs and electric BBQ grille on the other balcony make it an ideal area for conversations with the prepare or some peaceful reading time.
