- Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
