The open, airy living area features comfortable, chic decor, bright pops of color, and a roomy living area designed for Lowcountry leisure. The well-appointed full kitchen features a suite of major appliances and all the gadgets you need to make mealtime masterpieces. Intelligent TVs in the living room and both bedrooms ensure complete home entertainment, and the couch sleeper adds additional sleeping arrangements.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hilton Head area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to inspire more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
